In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fresh tagliatelle for 10 minutes. Drain them and set aside in a serving dish.
Meanwhile, thinly slice the onion in the food processor and sauté it for 2 minutes with a little oil in a covered pan. Then, add the strips of smoked salmon, mix, and let cook for another 2 minutes.
Incorporate the whole grain mustard and pour in the liquid cream. Add the pepper. Stir everything together and let simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
