Enjoy these tagliatelle with raw ham and mozzarella sauce. A really easy recipe for a no-fuss evening meal.
Sauté and brown the bacon in a pan. Add the cream, season with pepper, and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped mozzarella and let it melt completely in the sauce.
To finish, cook the noodles for the indicated time. Drain them. Sauté for 2 minutes in the pan with the sauce. Serve the pasta with a bit of chopped chives.
