Ingredients
 450 Ground beef
 80 Breadcrumbs
 60 Grated onion
 1 Egg
 30 Milk
 15 Worcestershire Sauce
 25 Salt and pepper
 25 Ground allspice
 15 Ground nutmeg
 1 pinch Clove
 125 Mascarpone or cream cheese
 60 Dried cranberry
 30 Finely chopped fresh parsley
15 Concentrated beef broth paste (or 1 beef broth cube)
 5 Red wine vinegar
Directions
1

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves. Shape into balls about 2.5 cm in diameter.

2

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels and allow to cool completely.

3

Mix the mascarpone, cranberries, parsley, beef bouillon paste, and vinegar. Coat the cooked meatballs with this mixture.

4

Add the meatball mixture to a microwave meal prep bag. Vacuum seal in the bag according to the instructions of the vacuum sealing device. Freeze for up to 3 months.

5

When you are ready to cook, place the bag with the printed side down or standing up in the microwave. Heat in the microwave for 10 to 12 minutes. (During cooking, the bag may slowly inflate and deflate. An opening in the bag allows steam to escape, and a slight hissing may be heard.)

6

To finish, wait 30 to 60 seconds before opening carefully.
