I made this recipe for an appetizer at Christmas; it is a fresh and festive starter that impresses the guests! A recipe that is easy to make and appreciated by everyone.
Cut off the top of the mandarins and scoop them out with a large spoon.
Cut the mandarin pieces into chunks, as well as the shrimp into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients: fresh cheese, tangerine, shrimp, add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest if desired.
To finish, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
