I received a slow juicer (thank you) and of course, with the nice weather, I wanted to make a great juice to try it out... It's true, the cleaning afterward is a bit long, but the result was worth it... The best fruits and vegetables, ginger (our great friend) and turmeric, which has a long list of benefits, to be refreshed, re-energized, and at your best energy level, all full of flavors... Total success!
Wash the carrots, cut off the ends, and soak them for 10 minutes in a bowl of cold water (to soften them). After that, cut them into large pieces. Peel the oranges and lemon, and cut them into wedges. Peel the piece of pineapple and remove the fibrous core. Peel the ginger and turmeric.
Pass the ingredients through a food processor to extract the juice (preferably use a slow juicer). You'll end up with one liter of juice.
To finish, enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a few hours (in this case, stir well before enjoying). ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
