 15 30% liquid cream
 1 Shallot
 1 Lemon juice

 ½ Ground pepper
 50 Grated Parmesan

Peel and pit the avocados. Cut them into small cubes and place them in the blender with the cream, shallot, lemon juice, and garlic cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream.

To finish, cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain. Serve the hot pasta with the avocado cream. Add grated cheese and salt if necessary.
