 6 Dry white wine
 1 stick Cinnamon

Wash and dry the fruits. Crush them in a saucepan without pitting, then bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Let the puree rest with cinnamon for 3 days in an airtight jar. Strain everything through a sieve. Pour the juice with sugar into a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil for 5 minutes while stirring. Let cool, then add the alcohol. Place the mixture back into an airtight jar and let it rest for 1 week. Strain with a paper filter and bottle. Allow to rest in a cool, dark place for 3 months.
