Craving a dish that steps outside the ordinary? We suggest this recipe for sesame breaded asparagus salad that will delight your taste buds.
Cook 100 g of bulgur and set it aside.
Cook the two eggs for exactly 6 minutes, then run them under cold water. Set aside.
Slice the red onion. Cut the avocado in half and slice it into nice pieces.
Peel and trim the ends of the asparagus. Cook them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Remove them from the water and then dip them in sesame seeds. Finish cooking the asparagus in a pan with a little oil to give them a crunchy texture. 6 minutes of cooking over medium heat will be sufficient.
To finish, place the bulgur at the bottom of the plate. Sprinkle the red onion on top. Add the breaded asparagus. Cut the soft-boiled eggs in half and place them as well. Add the avocado slices. Drizzle with your choice of dressing to complete the dish.
