As the beautiful days approach, the temptation for meals in the sun becomes strong! With family or friends, nothing is better than sharing a delightful and friendly moment around a delicious seafood recipe: sautéed langoustines with lemon.
Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, chives, and chili.
Salt, pepper, and set aside.
Cut the langoustines in half lengthwise and remove the intestine.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a hot pan and grill the langoustines for one minute on each side.
Season with salt and pepper and arrange them on a large dish.
To finish, drizzle immediately with lemon sauce and serve hot.
