This recipe for salmon en papillote with goat cheese and honey is brought to you by the AOP goat cheeses.
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Cut the cheese into slices of about 1 cm.
On a piece of parchment paper previously cut into four, place your salmon fillet, add a drizzle of olive oil, a few slices of goat cheese, a spoonful of honey, a few sprigs of chives, and season with salt and pepper.
To finish, bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
