This refreshing preparation will impress your friends at your next evening gathering!
Chop the shallot and parsley. Wash and coarsely chop the radishes. Place the radishes, shallot, and parsley in a bowl.
Add the cottage cheese and the mascarpone. Season with salt and pepper, to your liking. Finish with 2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar. Set aside in the fridge.
To finish, before plating, adjust the seasoning if needed. Place about 2 centimeters of the mixture on the bread using a ring. Top with a drizzle of balsamic cream and fresh herbs.
