 1 Hokkaido squash
 1 Sour cream
 salt
 Pepper
 Olive oil
 seeds (flax, sesame)
 4 Egg yolk

Roll out the dough and cut out circles for the tartlets. Set aside about ten slices and mash the rest with the cream. Preheat the oven to 180.

On each pastry base, add a little mashed pumpkin. Cut the remaining slices and place them on top. Add olive oil, a teaspoon of maple syrup on each tart, a twist of pepper grinder, and seeds. Bake for about 20 minutes.

To finish, add the egg yolk in the middle and place in the oven for 30 seconds for a cooked and runny yolk.
