Enjoy this scallop pastry cooked in butter. My partner kindly sent me scallops, I absolutely love these little creatures. I had to find a way to cook them while preserving their whole flavor, so I made it simple by placing these wonders on a puff pastry.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 identical squares. Pinch the corners to create slightly raised edges. Distribute the scallops among the 4 tartlets.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes. Serve immediately, sprinkled with dill and accompanied by slices of tomatoes topped with cod liver cream.
To finish: I thought the scallops would spread while cooking, but they did not. So be sure to evenly distribute everything on the puff pastry.
