Chef Mauro Colagreco offers a recipe for potato peel chips. A delight for snacking, and moreover, it's waste-reducing!
Wash the potato peels that you have saved from your previous preparations.
Beat the eggs, dip the peels in the eggs, then in a mixture of breadcrumbs, seaweed powder, and add a few pinches of chili powder.
Heat the oil to 180°C, fry the chips, then drain them on paper towels.
Finally, salt and then enjoy the chips in a bowl.
