 200 Milk
 ½ Baking powder
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper

 80 Dried tomatoes
 50 roasted pistachios
 1 Parsley

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl and pour into the flour in three parts. Mix well with a whisk.

Add olive oil and mix again.

Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, diced feta cheese, finely chopped parsley, whole pistachios, and mix.

Let the waffle batter rest in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.

Lightly brush the waffle iron plates with oil using a silicone brush and cook the waffles.
