Cut the meat and pineapple into cubes. Alternate them on skewers and place them in a deep dish.
In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper, and pour the mixture over the skewers. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Drain the skewers and cook them for 15 to 20 minutes on the grill of the oven preheated to 240 °C (thermostat 8), on the grill of the barbecue over medium heat, or on a griddle, turning them regularly.
You can also cook them in a preheated skillet; in this case, add an additional 5 minutes of cooking time. Enjoy with white rice.
To finish Tip: This recipe can also be made with poultry. You can also replace the pineapple with mango.
