Ingredients
 250 pasta
 1 clove garlic
 1 shallot
 1 bell pepper
 100 natural tuna
 75 fresh goat cheese
 1 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain it.

Peel the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes. Drain the tuna. Peel the shallot and finely chop it. Peel the garlic clove and mince it.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add shallots and garlic, then the bell pepper. Let cook for about 10 minutes. Add the tuna and mix. Finish with the goat cheese, which will create a slightly creamy sauce.

Add the pasta and let it cook over very low heat for 2-3 minutes, so that the pasta absorbs the flavors of the pepper, tuna, and cheese.

To finish, serve hot, why not with a dollop of goat cheese on top.

    Very well. I think we should start with the peppers, because the shallot and garlic are too roasted. I added a dash of Tabasco. I doubled the amount of cheese.
