For the scallops
 6 Scallops with their shell
 6 Parma ham
 2 Coarsely chopped pine nuts and pistachios
 Salt
 Pepper
For the Gremolata Sauce
 1 clove Crushed garlic
 4 Finely chopped parsley
 3 Olive oil
Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the Gremolata sauce and season.

Season the scallops and grill them for 3 minutes on each side.

Cut each scallop in half and place them in the shells.

To finish, drizzle with Gremolata sauce and top everything with pine nuts and pistachios. Garnish with slices of ham.
