Ingredients
 600 Organic lamb leg cut into cubes
 20 Cherry tomato
 1 Basil
 2 cloves Garlic
 50 Pine nut
 4 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Remove the basil leaves, wash and dry them, peel the garlic and crush the cloves, season the lamb cubes with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan with oil, quickly brown the pine nuts and set aside.

In the same pan, brown the organic lamb cubes for 1 minute over high heat on all sides, add the garlic and tomatoes, cook for 10 minutes over low heat while stirring gently, add the pine nuts back in and, off the heat, add the basil.

To finish, serve the organic lamb dish accompanied by ratatouille or fresh pasta. You can substitute the cherry tomatoes with olives and fresh grapes.
