 600 Organic minced lamb
 1 Large onion
 16 Basil
 20 Tomato sauce
 4 Olive oil
 Salt

Peel the onion and garlic, chop them, wash the basil, and roughly chop it.

Heat a pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes over high heat, pour in the red wine and let it reduce by three-quarters.

Add the tomato purée and let simmer for 20 minutes on very low heat. Season the organic ground lamb with salt and pepper, and shape into balls the size of a large marble.

Salt and pepper the tomato sauce.

Add the meatballs and basil to the pot. Cook the lamb meatballs for 3 minutes over low heat.

To finish Suggestion: Replace the 16 basil leaves with 10 sage leaves.
