A recipe for an organic lamb burger with goat cheese and bacon. Discover a unique burger recipe featuring lamb meat, perfect for adding variety to your meals and introducing new flavors to your family or friends.
Grate the zest of the lemons and mix it with the organic minced lamb, season with salt and pepper, shape into 4 identical patties, and place in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180° C (thermostat 6).
Heat a pan without any fat, brown the bacon slices over high heat, and set them aside.
Open the breads in half and toast them in the oven for a few minutes.
Heat a pan or grill with the oil, sear the lamb patties for 3 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Spread the base of the buns with ketchup, place the patties on top, cover with cheese, add the bacon, bake for 3 minutes, place the tops on and press down slightly to hold the filling in place.
To finish, serve the organic lamb burgers accompanied by a salad.
