 6 Smoked salmon
 6 Soft bread
 50 White cheese
 Salmon eggs

Flatten the slices of bread using a rolling pin.

In a bowl, mix the fresh goat cheese and the white cheese, season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on 3 slices of bread. Top with a slice of smoked salmon and roll the slices up to form mini logs.

Spread on 3 slices of fish spread and cover with a slice of smoked salmon. Repeat the process to roll the mini rolls. Wrap all the mini rolls in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

To finish, cover the mini logs with tarama and roll them in sesame seeds, alternating the colors: blond or black. Reserve in the fridge. At the time of serving, cut the logs in half and decorate with salmon roe. Enjoy!
