This recipe for mini parchment packets of turkey with vegetables and herbs is provided.
Preheat the oven.
Wash the bell pepper, tomatoes, zucchini, and mushroom. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes without mixing them.
Cut the turkey cutlets into small cubes. Lightly salt and pepper the turkey.
Cut squares from a sheet of parchment paper.
Let your child create their packets according to their preferences, using the ingredients of their choice. Close the packets by folding the edges of the parchment paper.
To finish, place the mini turkey parcels in an oven-safe dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy hot.
