This skewer recipe is taken from a book on Cambodian flavors.
For the marinade: slice the beef as thinly as possible into rectangular pieces. Season with fish sauce, spicy sauce, black pepper, sugar, monosodium glutamate, lemongrass, and peanuts. Let marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
