Recipe for Lemongrass Beef Skewers

Ingredients
 2 Lemongrass
 1 powdered white sugar
 1 Kampot black pepper
 2 crushed peanuts
 Fresh coriander
 Chopped onion tails
 2 spicy sauce
 1 Sunflower oil
 500 White rice

For the marinade: slice the beef as thinly as possible into rectangular pieces. Season with fish sauce, spicy sauce, black pepper, sugar, monosodium glutamate, lemongrass, and peanuts. Let marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.

Take skewers about 20 cm long, skewer the meat once downwards, once upwards.

Cook the skewers in a large oiled pan. Allow about 2 to 3 minutes for each side.

Cook the rice.
