Lamb shank is an ultra-tender and flavorful meat. It is easy to prepare in a multicooker. Here is a recipe for lamb shank in a multicooker!
Sear the lamb shanks in the cooking appliance on "Sear" mode with oil for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Peel and slice the onions and garlic. Peel the carrots and cut them into rounds.
Sauté onions, garlic, and carrots in the cooker for a few minutes.
Add the lamb shanks, the herbs, the tomato paste, the honey, salt, and pepper. Moisten. Mix.
To finish, cook in "Quick Cooking" mode for 50 minutes.
