Green vegetables and a lamb chop... shaped like a shamrock to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, the quintessential Irish holiday!
Peel and cut the broccoli and potatoes. Cook them in salted water, then mash them into a purée. Shape into hearts using a cookie cutter.
Brown and pre-cook the zucchini in a skillet, then mix in the egg, season with salt and pepper, and place in a preheated oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) in a baking dish. Once cooked, cut into hearts using a cookie cutter.
Mix the well-drained spinach with the ricotta and add salt. Heat in a low oven for a few minutes, then form hearts by filling the cookie cutters on the plate.
To finish, cook the lamb chops in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
