 800 Baby potatoes from Noirmoutier
 ½ Cucumber
 2 Salmon fillet
 12 Cherry tomato
 Pickled onion
 Chives
 6 Sunflower oil
 2 Sherry vinegar
 40 Oyster sauce
 2 Soy sauce
 2 Lime
 1 dash Olive oil
 Flower of salt

Prepare the dressing. In a bowl, mix sunflower oil and vinegar. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and some chopped chives. Set aside.

Wash, remove the seeds, and cut the cucumber into cubes.

Cut the salmon into cubes.

Place the cucumber and salmon in the marinade.

Wash the potatoes and cut them in half if necessary.

Sauté the potatoes for 4 to 5 minutes over high heat in a pan with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Continue cooking covered over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes until they are well browned.

To finish, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Chop some chives just before serving!
