Recipe for Italian-style Veal Ribs

Ingredients
 6 Veal chop
 5 Garlic powder
 3 Flour
 1 cup Breadcrumbs
 2 Egg
 4 Chopped tomato
 1 Grated onion
 250 Grated mozzarella
 Chopped fresh parsley
 Chopped fresh oregano
 Salt
 Pepper
 Frying oil
Directions

Season the meat with salt, pepper, and ground garlic. Set aside.

Sauté the onion in 2 tablespoons of margarine. Add the chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little ground garlic.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Dip the veal chops in flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Brown them on both sides in a mixture of margarine and oil. Drain on paper towels.

Transfer the veal ribs to a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and a little oregano and chopped parsley.

To finish, bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Excellent! This is truly an excellent recipe. Even though I didn't have all the ingredients, the result was delicious! My suggestion: I didn't have mozzarella, parsley, or oregano, so I replaced it all with grated cheese and some mixed herbs.

    Yum! Very good recipe. My suggestion: Next time I think I will make it with a veal cutlet or even poultry to try.

    Good and easy A delight for the eyes first and the taste buds afterwards. To be enjoyed with friends, accompanied by fresh pasta. My suggestion: I added a bit of white wine during the cooking of the tomatoes.
