Indian cuisine often appears on our plates... This recipe is delicious and full of flavors. I highly recommend it!
Cut the whites into large pieces. Place them in a bowl. Peel and chop the garlic. Peel and grate the piece of fresh ginger. Add the two yogurts with the chopped garlic, grated ginger, curry, paprika, lemon juice, and ground cardamom to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Cover and let marinate for a good hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F). Spread the chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slide the baking sheet into the oven and let cook for about 10 minutes. Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave.
Remove the chicken from the oven and brush it with butter. Sprinkle with cardamom and fennel seeds and continue cooking for another 10 good minutes.
To finish, meanwhile, clean the onions and slice them very finely. Garnish the chicken with them and serve hot with fragrant basmati rice and a bowl of yogurt and cucumber sauce. Enjoy your meal!
