A cake with strong flavors to be enjoyed in slices with a salad or in cubes for an appetizer.

Ingredients
 200 organic flour T55
 1 packet of baking powder
 4 organic eggs
 1 150 g Greek yogurt
 2 peanut oil
 8 white wine
 50 parmesan
 12 pickles
 150 Emmental
 2 whole grain mustard
 salt
 freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center. Add the eggs, mix, then add the Greek yogurt, mix, incorporate the oil, white wine, and parmesan, season with a little salt and pepper, and mix well.

Cut the ham into small cubes. Cut the cheese into cubes. Drain the pickles and slice them into rounds. Stir in the ham, pickles, cheese, and mustard into the batter in the mixing bowl. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased non-stick loaf pan, not filling it to the top, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Check the cake's doneness with the tip of a knife.

To finish, take it out of the oven and wait 10 minutes before unmolding. Let it cool before serving with a good green salad.
