 4 Chicken breast
 1 Zucchini
 Cherry tomato
 Button mushroom
 1 Plain yogurt
 1 Turmeric
 1 Ginger
 2 cloves Crushed garlic
 Dried oregano
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 Eggplant

Cut the chicken into cubes. Cut the mushrooms in half and the eggplants and zucchinis into thick slices. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with all the spices.

Season the chicken in this marinade for at least 15 minutes. Soak the wooden skewers in water so they don't burn during cooking.

Skewer the chicken, zucchini, eggplant, tomato, and mushroom alternately.

To finish, grill the chicken skewers on the barbecue, on a griddle, or in the oven.

    Chicken Skewers Great recipe. I prepared everything in advance and stored the ingredients for my skewers in the refrigerator for 3 hours. This gives them more flavor, and I was even advised to prepare them the day before; it's better. Definitely worth a try!

    Not dry at all! I mixed a bit of cream with a Bulgarian yogurt, marinated for 1 hour in the refrigerator, and it was not dry at all.

    Very good These skewers were very well received, thank you. Cut the chicken into large pieces; it's easier to put on the skewer.

    The skewers are very good and easy to prepare. My suggestion: Served with a rice salad, my friends found it very good.

    Recipe to recreate. Mixing yogurt and spices gives a fresh and subtle flavor to the chicken. It's a dish that differs from traditional skewers. My suggestion: I left the chicken in the marinade for only 30 minutes, and that was sufficient in terms of flavor. However, before cooking, ensure that there is marinade on each piece of chicken (enough but not too much), otherwise it won't look appealing.
