Enjoy your barbecue with this recipe for chicken and grilled vegetable skewers.
Cut the chicken into cubes. Cut the mushrooms in half and the eggplants and zucchinis into thick slices. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with all the spices.
Season the chicken in this marinade for at least 15 minutes. Soak the wooden skewers in water so they don't burn during cooking.
Skewer the chicken, zucchini, eggplant, tomato, and mushroom alternately.
To finish, grill the chicken skewers on the barbecue, on a griddle, or in the oven.
