Delight yourself with this recipe for grapefruit crepes. Indulgent, original, and beautifully tangy, this crepe recipe will surprise your taste buds and your guests!
In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour with half of the milk so that the flour incorporates without creating lumps.
Add the eggs one by one and mix. Add the vanilla, melted butter, and sugar. Add the second half of the milk. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Cook the pancakes and then stack them as you go, sprinkling a tiny bit of sugar between each pancake, and let them cool covered.
Cut the grapefruit into segments. Squeeze the second grapefruit.
Cook the sugar in a pan with the grapefruit juice and the honey. Once the juice becomes thicker, add the softened butter and whisk.
Serve the pancakes drizzled with hot sauce, or you can heat them directly in the pan with the sauce.
To finish, serve them with fresh grapefruit segments to add a bit of zest to your dessert.
