Pappardelle
 400 Flour
 4 Egg
 1 pinch salt
 Lukewarm water
Sauce
 600 Button mushroom
 1 clove Garlic
 150 Parmesan
 Parsley
 Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper

Prepare the dough: mix the flour, eggs, salt, and a little warm water. Roll out the dough and cut into strips 3-4 cm wide. Let dry.

Prepare the sauce: slice the mushrooms and sauté them with olive oil and minced garlic in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little water. Let it cook for another 3 minutes.

Cook the pasta for 3-5 minutes.

To finish, serve the pasta with the mushroom sauce, grated cheese, and chopped parsley.
