A recipe for French toast with strawberries.
Brush the bowl of your fryer with half of the oil.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cream, half of the powdered sugar, and vanilla until well combined. Dip the slices of bread in the mixture.
Place 4 slices of bread in the bottom of the dish, slightly overlapping them. Brush them with the remaining oil and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Start cooking for 13 minutes on Mode 9 – Desserts.
At halfway through cooking, flip the slices of bread, changing their positions if necessary.
Remove the stems and wash the strawberries.
To finish, place the slices of bread on the plates, arrange the strawberries on top, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve immediately. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
