 200 Milk
 ½ Whole Milk Camembert 300 Organic
 160 Shredded white ham
 1 Yellow onion
 250 Button mushroom
 90 Spinach (shoot)
 50 Salted butter
 1 Brown sugar
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper
Directions

Peel the onion and slice it. Wash the mushrooms, trim the ends of their stems, and then slice them.

Sauté everything in a pan with a knob of salted butter and brown sugar for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add the spinach and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Season with salt and pepper, then dip the slices of bread inside until they are well soaked but not soggy.

In a second pan, melt the butter and then place 4 slices of soaked bread. Top with the mixture of mushrooms, onions, and spinach, then add 3 slices of cheese per sandwich.

Then place some slices of ham and close the sandwich with the remaining soaked slices of bread.

After 5 minutes of cooking, flip the sandwiches to cook the other side.

Let it brown for 5 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid.

To finish, let cook for 3 minutes, then serve by sprinkling with freshly ground pepper.
