I suggest a variation with an oven finish: Cook everything gently in the pot for 15 minutes with all the ingredients. Then place the wings in an oven-safe dish. Pour a few ladles of the marinade over the chicken wings. And put in the oven at 220°C or gas mark 7. Remove when golden brown.

Divine Best chicken wings recipe I have tested! My partner loved it and said they had never eaten chicken so tender and delicious!

Delicious and easy Great recipe, I changed a few things and it was still delicious. I’ve tried several recipes like this one but this one works! I used lime instead of lemon and added ginger, and I found that the flavors worked perfectly together. So I’ll say it again: de-li-cious. I replaced the ground chili with hot sauce and sweet chili (nothing else on hand). I didn’t really taste that flavor much but it didn’t ruin anything. My suggestion: If you’re not a big fan of ginger like me, don’t use it and replace the lemon zest with lime.

A delight Excellent, the whole family enjoyed it, even my husband who doesn't like chicken wings :) My suggestion: I wasn't sure if I should add the marinade to the broth. The cooking time is long before everything evaporates. But excellent. I added coriander and cinnamon.

Glazed Chicken Very good recipe, a lot of flavors... First time I find a glazed chicken recipe that is not too sweet and very aromatic... a recipe to keep. But it might be missing a little something. My suggestion: Maybe a bit more honey or sugar? Next time I will try it with a bit of coriander.
