A little journey to enjoy this cod dish with milk and potatoes... A treat for the whole family...
Rinse the cod thoroughly, drain it, and place it in a pot. Add boiling water and let it boil for 20 minutes. Drain it, remove the skin, and cut it into large slices.
Place the slices of cod in a dish and cover them with warm milk. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it rest for 2 hours.
Peel the potatoes and cook them. Once ready, slice them and set aside.
Finely chop the onions and crush the garlic. Sauté everything in a pan, add the sliced potatoes and well-drained cod. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
Pour everything into a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes at 220°C. In the meantime, cook the eggs until they are hard.
To finish, serve in a dish, sprinkle with parsley and slices of hard-boiled egg.
