 400 Fresh morel
 2 Yellow onion
 20 Liquid cream
 Butter
 Salt

Cut the chicken into pieces and cut the carcass into 4 (or have the chicken cut by your butcher). Salt and pepper each piece and brown them in butter, along with the carcass, until they are slightly colored. Set aside.

Peel and slice the onions. Sauté them in butter. Add the morels cut in half. Cook for 5 minutes.

Finally, add the chicken, the wine, and the cream. Cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Serve with potatoes, for example.
