4 Chicken breast

1 Onion

15 Fresh cream

1 Mustard

15 Butter

1 pinch Salt and pepper

Directions

Preparation of the ingredients: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, wrap them in bacon, and secure with toothpicks. Thinly slice the onion.

Cooking Heat a little fat in a pan and add the chicken breasts.

Prepare the sauce by sautéing for 5 minutes with the finely chopped onion and butter. Add the cream and mustard. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Very good, the mustard sauce pairs very well with the chicken!! My suggestion: I personally did not use any salt or pepper, I find that the bacon and the mustard season the dish very well.
