Nothing better than cheese puffs for a delicious appetizer. Easy to prepare thanks to your kitchen appliance and at a low cost, this delightful recipe will delight your guests.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
In the bowl of the mixer, pour in 300 ml of water. Add the diced butter and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes at speed 1 / 100 °C.
Add the flour and then mix for 1 minute 30 seconds / speed 3 / 0 °C.

On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, use a piping bag to place small balls of the mixture.
