It's lunchtime? Try this recipe for avocado toasts with small mackerel fillets, basil, and pine nuts. It's delicious and healthy!
Toast the slices of rustic bread.
Thoroughly wash the fresh basil.
Place the pine nuts in a skillet and toast for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Set aside.
Cut the avocados in half, then scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Drain the small mackerel fillets and reserve the oil.
Mash the avocados with the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a creamy puree.
To finish, spread the avocado cream on the slices of bread, add the mackerel fillets, toasted pine nuts, and a few basil leaves. It's ready!
