 20 Candied Tomato
 12 Yellow and red cherry tomatoes
 20 Olive oil

 Tabasco

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Place the tortillas in small bowls. Bake for 8 minutes in the oven, then let cool.

Slice and grill the red onion for 30 seconds in the pan.

Sauté the onions over low heat with a drizzle of olive oil, increase the heat, then add the cooking ingredient.

Cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then season with salt and pepper.

Cut half of the avocados into slices and blend the other half with lime juice and its zest. Season with hot sauce, salt, pepper, and chili powder to obtain a guacamole.

Slice the yellow onion, bell peppers, iceberg lettuce, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

To finish, place guacamole at the bottom of each tortilla, arrange all the vegetables on top, compartmentalizing them. Place the meat in the center and sprinkle everything with chopped chives.
