Cheese takes on a fun vibe with this playful recipe for snack sticks made with two types of cheese. Get ready, set, enjoy!
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into strips using a large knife or a pizza cutter. Take one strip in your hands, stretch it a little, fold it in half, and then twist it to form a thin stick. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and do the same for the remaining strips. Bake for 10 minutes then let cool on a rack.
Grate the cheese and mix half of the soft cheese with the grated cheese and the other half with the grated cheese.
Coat the end of a stick with one of the two mixtures. Sprinkle with paprika, parsley, or poppy seeds and prepare the rest by alternating between the two cheeses.
To finish, Tip: you can also add a few tablespoons of milk to cheese preparations to achieve a slightly more liquid texture, and everyone can dip their stick into the cheese dips and then into the spices.
