Ingredients
 500 Flour
 125 Almond flour
 100 Melted butter
 250 Sugar
 4 Egg
 Frying oil
 Fine sugar
 Cinnamon
Directions
1

Melt the butter in the microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, almond powder, and eggs. Add the cherry brandy and the melted and cooled butter. Gradually add the flour, form a dough ball, and reserve it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2

Meanwhile, prepare a bowl with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Then shape small dough logs that are thicker in the center and thin at the ends (like lady fingers), about 6 cm long and the thickness of a finger. Either on your lightly floured work surface or between the palms of your hands.

3

Cook them in several batches in hot oil at 170°C until they are golden brown and a slight crack appears.

4

To finish, drain them on paper towels and roll them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
