For the crepe batter
 125 Flour
 1 Egg
 250 Milk
 2 Olive oil
 1 pinch Salt
 Pepper
For the topping
 Various cheeses including soft cheese, Comté, round cheese, camembert, goat cheese.
 1 Clementine
 2 Passion fruit
 1 Raspberries
 1 Blueberries
 1 Grape
 3 Cherry jam
 3 Honey

In a blender, pour in the flour, egg, milk, olive oil, and a pinch of salt, and blend for about twenty seconds. Let it rest for at least 1 hour.

In a pre-oiled hot skillet, pour a ladle of pancake batter and spread it out. Cook for about a minute and flip the pancake. Repeat the process for the other pancakes. Roll each pancake up and cut into 3 or 4 small rolls.

Cut the cheeses into triangles, cubes, or sticks. Wash and cut the clementine and passion fruits in half.

To finish, place the cheeses on a platter. Then arrange the small rolls of pancakes. Add two small jars filled with jam and honey. Fill the platter with fruits and flowers. Serve with various styles of cider.
