A delicious recipe for a casserole of tarbais beans with crayfish.
Sauté the chopped onions and sun-dried tomatoes in a little olive oil.
Add the cooked beans and moisten to the desired level with water and crayfish bisque.
When the preparation boils, add the crayfish tails, whole crayfish, and pike fillets. Let cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
To finish, season with salt and pepper. Serve in a small dish and add a slice of smoked trout and olives. Serve.
