Ramen: the easy recipe

Have you ever tasted ramen? We're talking about ramen, not a stew x) My suggestion: go back to the basics. Why slice the meat into thin strips to boil for hours??? Cook the pork for a good hour, or even 3 or 4, on very low heat before adding the vegetables... Well, after an hour, the vegetables lose their appeal....

Precision... My partner regularly cooks ramen, we love it! Simple, wholesome! We cook the meat and vegetables in a wok (separately) and the eggs are hard-boiled and slightly soft. Recently, we added fresh soy and Chinese cabbage. As we have trouble finding pork broth, we often use a beef broth cube. However, we prefer to use thick, white ramen noodles instead of instant noodles (the famous noodles seen in the picture). Sometimes, we add soy sauce and a mix of Asian herbs to the broth.

I find that it tastes more like a stew than an Asian recipe!

Cooking the pork My suggestion: I cooked the pork in a very crispy skillet and it was delicious...
