 1 Large red bell pepper
 2 Fennel
 1 white onion
 1 clove Garlic
 4 Olive oil
 salt, pepper

Cut the vegetables into slices, place them in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil, and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat while watching, to prevent them from burning, add a little water.

To finish, meanwhile, cook the pasta for 6 minutes in a large volume of water, drain, and add it to the cooked vegetables. Serve hot in deep plates with a few leaves of parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
