Have you ever tasted this specialty of Italian cuisine? It's very easy to make and the result is delicious. Perfect for a tasty appetizer.
Put the flour in a bowl and gradually add the olive oil to obtain a dough that remains crumbly, like a crumble. (The amount of oil indicated depends on the type of flour and may vary.)
Gradually add the wine to achieve a smooth and elastic dough.
Add the spices (rosemary, fennel seeds, paprika...) or leave the dough plain.
Shape the taralli and drop them into boiling water. Remove them when they rise to the surface after 1-2 minutes.
To finish, bake in a traditional oven at 190° for about 50 minutes (this depends on the size of your pastries). When you cut them, they should not be moist on the inside. If they are not, then they are done.
