I recommend this traditional pork goulash recipe with cream and white wine. You can serve it with rice or pasta.
Sauté the cubed pork in oil. In a saucepan, prepare your 200ml of broth. Add the paprika and curry when the pork starts to brown.
Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté them with the pork.
When the onion starts to brown, cover the meat with white wine and broth. Let it cook on low heat and covered for 20 minutes.
To finish At the end of the 20 minutes, add the cream.
